2020...WHAT A YEAR

    Sitting here thinking back about this crazy year of 2020. You never really know what a new year will bring you. You always hope for the best, but life is crazy and loves to throw curve balls at your plans. Hell, I was suppose to have my twentieth high school reunion this year, and that didn't happen. I can only speak for myself, but not all of this past year was bad. There was a lot of good that happen along with the bad during, dare I say it, Corona Virus pandemic. 

MOVING TO OUR OWN SPOT

   At the start of the year in February we got the news that the owner of the house we were renting was going to sell it. We had ninety days to get out and find a new place. Now lets go back a little, I had to move back in with my parents back in 2006 after I had a work injury that would put me out of work for four years. Within those four year I had three surgeries on my right wrist. Needless to say I have not been in a good spot financially to live on my own in California.

FIGHTING FOR A HEALTHIER ME

   Earlier this year I went to the doctors to get my ears looked at, they had been giving me trouble for a while now. Being someone who don't like going to the doctors unless I really need to, I off going when I should have gone in sooner. As always, they weigh you when go you go in and check your blood pressure. As always, and this makes my brother and father mad cause they have high blood pressure, I did not. My weight, well that is another thing all together.

   I have been trying to lose weight for a few years now. Going to the gym, walking, and trying different diets. I gain a lot of weight over the course of four years when I had hurt my wrist and had to had three surgeries over that four year span. I honestly didn't even realize that I had gain so much weight, which might sound weird, but its true. It is as if I woke up one day and...BOOM, I was over two hundred pounds overweight.

LIFE IS A CHALLENGE

   I know it goes without saying that life is a challenge. In life you will face problems and issues that will drive you crazy. I truly believe in the saying, "When it rains, it pours". They say that God only throws at you what you can take, not sure I believe that to be true. We have all at some point, and if it has not happen yet it will, have moments where you want to just break down. You need to find a way to deal with whats going on in your own way to keep from breaking down.

VLOG 26-WHO LIVES & WHO DIES

PEOPLE ARE UNBELIEVABLE

   Yesterday at work I get a call from my wife. The first words out of her mouth are,"I got some great news for you". Right away the first thought that pops into my head is,"Oh great, she lost her job some how!", but no, that was not it at all. She tells me that someone stole her Social Security Number(SSN). With her stolen SSN, some low life opened a account with Verizon to get a cell phone.

   The wife tells me that she called the people at the Social Security place, and they told her to file a police report for stolen identity. She had also talked to he people at Verizon to tell them she did not open a account with them and that she wanted it closed. When I asked her if they had closed the account, she said they told her that she would have to fill out some paperwork and send it back to them so they can investigate everything.

BEEN M.I.A

   Anybody who follows my blog has noticed that I have not had a post in a month. I apologize for that. Been doing a lot of stuff with my YouTube channel and weight loss that I have not put a lot of time into this. I have been writing down ideas, just not following through with writing them up. I need to change this!

   So, I am going to try my best to get something out, even if it is just what I did that day, like work, see a movie, talked to an old friend, whatever I did to get me going again. So look for that soon!! And sorry for not keeping up!! 

WHEN ALLERGIES ATTACK!

   Yesterday I was at the chiropractor with my mom when my eye started itching. I knew I was having a allergy attack, but thought nothing of it. Next thing I know my mom goes,"Oh my god! Your eye is really swollen!". I was thinking that she was just exaggerating. Well no she was not, as I looked into my phone's camera and saw that my eye had indeed swelled up.

SEXISM AT THE STORE

   Made this YouTube video today after I had a run in with this guy at the store. It was funny to tell you the truth. Makes me laugh how people think sometimes.

FINALLY NOT SICK

   Being sick and at home is never fun, but being sick and having to work is even worse. Well that just happen to me recently. I got sick on February 22nd and I thought it was just a cold at first. Then I got worse and worse. Breathing became a problem and walking to the bathroom would take my breath away. Turns out I had Bronchitis.

WEIRD DREAM

   I know most people say that they can't remember there dreams, but I am one for the most part that does remember. The funny thing is that I can still remember weird and crazy dreams I have had from when I was a little kid. I mostly have dreams that have nothing to do with anything, but last night was a crazy one. And the fact that when I woke up the chilling feeling from the dream did not go away added to a creepy feeling I got.

   In the dream my wife Crystal and I was trying to leave this huge place that was a prison/hospital of some kind. We was in a car leaving and something did not want us to leave. As we started to go, we looked out the window and something had killed Crystal's parents. Now in the dream they did not look like Crystal's parents, they had different faces and body types, but we knew that they was her mom and dad. There bodies lied on the ground and there heads had been decapitated. Crystal's mom's head was thrown at us by something we didn't know.

   Getting back into the gym took me sometime. Over the holidays not only did I enjoy all the great food, I stopped going to the gym. Whatever I had lost when I started going to the gym, I know I gained back. No excuses coming from me at all about this, its all on my loving the food from Thanksgiving till Christmas.

CRAZY FOUR MONTHS WITH SURGERIES

 The past four months have been crazy to say the least. I have been trying to take care of things around my parents house because they have been out of commission. Plus adding on the holidays and just the things life throws at you. Not saying that I can't handle things, just a lot of things at once.

   Back in November my dad had hip replacement surgery. He was down for a long time and is of course still recovering from that. He is in a lot less pain, and is not walking on his own. Well he was up until last Tuesday when he had a knee replacement surgery. In 4 months my dad has had both his right hip and right knee replaced. He should be coming home today, fingers crossed.

STARTING SCHOOL AGAIN...NEED IT TO WORKOUT THIS TME

   Since graduating from Hayward High I have gone to many different schools. Every time it I finished a school it something has happen and it's seems like it was a waste of time. Well maybe not a waste of time, but the job that should have followed didn't workout for whatever reason. Now that I am starting school again on 2/1/2014, has started giving me mixed feelings, I'll explain why.

NOT SO TOUCHING LETTER IN MY OPINION

   I already know that I am going to offend people with this post. Let me just say that everyone is entitled to there opinion. I will respect yours if you can respect mine. Having said that, I wanted to talk about the news story of the wife/mother who pasted away and left a letter for her husband. If you are not familiar with this story you can find it her: Letter To Family.

   To get the jiff of what the story is all about, a woman died of cancer and left behind her husband and 4 kids. Before she passed, she wrote a letter and gave it to a friend and told her to hold on to it. She wanted the friend to send it to a local radio station once her husband had moved on and was going to get married again. In the letter she had 3 wishes she wanted to radio station to fill. The wish are a day of pampering for her husbands new love, a "magical trip" for the whole family, and night of drinks, food, and fun for the doctors at Mercy Medical Hospital, same place she was treated. The radio station granted all 3 of the wishes.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY COUSIN CAYLEY

 On Wednesday November 27 was my little cousin Cayley's birthday. She lives over a hour away from me so I decide to send her a happy birthday video. You should have seen the smile on my face when I got a video back from her and her brother Chace saying thank you. They are both so cute, love them both! Cayley was lucky and got to go to Disneyland for her birthday! I can't wait to see them both on Christmas. Here is the video of the one I sent, and the one I got back.

SHOPPING ON THANKSGIVING DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE

   Thanksgiving is just around the corner which means in most households dinner with the family and friends. I know that is what I got planned as I am cooking this year for my family. Sadly now a days it means getting ready for big sales on black Friday. I always thought it was crazy of people to spend most of there Thanksgiving night not relaxing after a big meal, watching football, or catching up with family and friends, but to go stand in line for the next day sales.

UPDATE ON POST, GOT MY FIRST TICKET

   My last post was about how I got my first ticket in my truck making a right turn. You can read the whole story here: MY FIRST TICKET. I finally got the price of the ticket in the mail. I could not believe it when I read $238.00. That much for turning against a sign that is not posted all day! All I can say is unbelievable! I guess I will be doing the traffic school so it does not show up on my insurance or lose a point on my licenses.
The coast for that is $297.00! Well I guess it is what it is! Could have been a lot worse, he could have gave me a ticket for running a red light.   

GOT MY FIRST TICKET!

   At the beginning of the month on October 4 I got my first ticket. Well technically my first ticket for a traffic violation. I have gotten a jaywalking ticket before years ago, but I won't go into that now. I have been driving since I was 15 years old and I am now 31. 16 years with out no traffic tickets is pretty good if you ask me. I know a lot of people who get tickets all the time.

   Okay, so the morning I got the ticket I was heading to work. Now down at the corner of Station and Castro Valley Boulevard (CVB), where I have to turn everyday, is a sign. Now this sign says,"No Right Turn On Red". The thing is that it is not always there all day, just in the morning. It will open up from like 7 am to I believe 9 am. The rest of the day you can make a right on red.

STILL AROUND AND KICKING

   Well it's been a long time since I made a post on here. So I thought I would just do a quick update to get me motivated to write more. I just started a diet 3 weeks ago. Trying to get ride of this weight. I am just eating oatmeal in the morning, chicken breast and rice for lunch, and fish and veggies for dinner. I have been eating protein bars or carrots in between meals. So far so good. I have one or twice ate a salad or a sandwich instead of the chicken when I ran out. I have noticed that some cloths have been fitting looser. So that is a good sign that it is working. Going to be joining 24hr fitness soon, just need to get some bills paid on some car work I got done.
