RAIDERS BEAT CHARGERS NOW TIED FOR FIRST PLACE

   Chargers tried to make a come back in the fourth quarter but failed to tie the game after a missed handled snap on a field goal attempt. Chargers stay at the bottom of the AFC West with a record of 1-4. Mean while the Raiders are going in the opposite directions moving up to first, now tied for first with the Broncos.

   Feels great to have the Raiders finally playing good and being right where they belong, in first place. The Chiefs are next up as they will be coming in to Oakland off a bye week. They will be fresh with that bye, but they will need it! Raiders getting better every week! 

RAIDERS ARE 2-1

  After 3 weeks of the 2016 NFL season, the Raiders have a record of 2-1. The Raiders have been showing a lot of heart on offense, but there defense is another story. They don't look like the defensive team they should be. They are not getting to the QB enough.

   If the Raiders want to keep winning, they are going to need to step it up on defense. Both run and pass defense is not what I thought it would be this year so far. In last weeks lost, the Raiders did not get to Matt Ryan once. That is just horrible.

   The defense needs to step it up big time. They got to travel to Baltimore next week and they will have to be ready to make stops on defense. Baltimore plays hard ball, but I know that the Raider will give them hell on offense.

WEEK 12 EQUALS A RAIDERS FIRST WIN

   Finally after 12 weeks of hell and losing, the Raiders have gotten there first win. With a win of 24-20 over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Raiders are now 1-10. Carr went 18-35 for 174 yards and 1 touchdown. Latavius Murray showed that he should be the starting running back running for 112 yards on 4 carries with 2 touchdowns. His second touchdown was for 90 yards on a run.

THE FRUSTRATIONS OF BEING A SPORTS FAN

   Being a fan of a sports team can just be down right frustrating. You got your high and low points rooting for your favorite team. When there on top, you fill untouchable, and normally let fans of other teams know that. Them lows, well you want to just tare your hair out. And then there are always the bandwagoner fan....shoot them now!

   The highs of having a winning team are the best. Walking around wearing them team colors with out a care in the world. Your team is on top, there is nothing no one can really say to you. And then when your team makes the playoffs or win a championship, that feeling just multiples. Talking some trash to friends are fans of teams that are your teams rivals, nothing beats that.

RAIDERS FAIL TO GROUND THE JETS IN WEEK 1 OPENER

   Raiders opened up week 1 on the road in New York against the Jets. With rookie Derek Carr starting at quarterback, the Raiders came in to MetLife Stadium looking for a win. The first have looked good as they went into halftime 7-10 Jets. Then the second half came, and the Raiders did not come with it, as they lost the game 19-14.

   The Raider coach's didn't make any adjustments at halftime for the second half. As good as the Raiders looked in the first half, they came out and look like a completely different team in the second. One of the biggest things you got to do in football is play all four quarters. And that is one thing that the Raiders don't do.

MY OAKLAND RAIDERS HOPES FOR THE 2014 DRAFT

   With the draft coming up in May there are a lot of talks about what the Raiders are going to do with there 60+ million they have to play with. A lot of people, fans, and analyst think the Raiders need to draft a quarterback with there first round 5th pick. Some even think a wide receiver would be a smart pick. I have to disagree with both of those options.

   Anybody who watches the NFL knows since Rich Gannon retired, we have not had a solid QB. Along with our head coaches, we have gone through way to many QBs in just 10 years. So yes we need a QB, is this draft the time to get one, I say no. The Raiders have a lot of money to use, and with that I think they should get a veteran QB in free agency. We need to draft a good offensive line.

MY NIECE TURNED 1

   Back on 10/25/12 my niece Evie turned 1. This past year has gone by really fast. I can still believe how much she has grown. She went from being so tiny little baby till a little person on the move. Even thought I did not stay the whole birthday party, I'm sure everyone will remember my special birthday message!!!

OAKLAND RAIDERS BABY

Ok so its almost time for the Raider vs Steelers game. This is a big game for us Oakland Raider fans. We are in 1st place in our division and we need this win to prove that we can hang with the big boys. And I know we can. We beat the Steelers last year and I know we can do it again this year. The Raiders need to run that ball down there throat and our QB Jason Campbell need to get the ball to the receivers and not make any mistakes. And the Raiders defense need to stay tough, stick with there man and hit Big Ben(the Steelers QB) as much as possible. The Raiders need to play hard and tough and we can put this game in the books as a win!!!! I believe that the Oakland Raiders will win and that we will stay in 1st place, and we will make the playoffs. This is a Raider team that is focused and strong, and they, as there slogan says, they JUST WIN BABY!!!!!!!
