ANNABELLE WILL LEAVE YOU SCARED!

   Last night I went to see Annabelle, the origins story of the possessed doll made famous in the movie The Conjuring and was stopped and kept save by Ed and Lorraine Warren.(Link To My Post On The Conjuring). Just like The Conjuring, Annabelle was a scary movie that made you jump. The great thing about both movies, is that they did not need to use gore to be a scary movie. Annabelle is a intense movie, with one of the most scariest scenes I have seen in a long time.


   If you saw The Conjuring, you know that the doll Annabelle is a possessed doll by a Demon. With this origin story, you get to see how that came to be. It follows a young couple who is awaiting there first child to be born. When a attack on the family is stopped, one of the attackers, who where in a Devil worshiping cult, possesses a doll the couple has for there soon to be born daughter. Things just go from bad to worse from that point on.

   Annabelle was very well made. If you are a fan of the video game Silent Hill, you will like this movie. It really had a Silent Hill feel. The scene in the basement is one of the most intense and scary scenes I have seen in a scary movie in a long time! And just watching that scene made me think of things they have done in Silent Hill.

   Annabelle is a must see for anybody who is a fan of horror/scary movies. Hopefully we can keep getting movies like this, as I love a good scary movie that can make me jump. Just a word of advise, use the bathroom before the movie, you don't want to walk out with wet pants.
