TRYING TO HELP MY DAD GET TO KANSAS

   My dad really wants to go to Kansas to see his older brothers who live out there. One of my uncles that live in Kansas is not do to well. My dad would like to see them while he can. My dad has had to retire recently because he had to have his right hip and knee replaced.

SHOULD A GUY OVER SPEND ON A DATE?

   Recently a friend showed me a post he saw on Facebook that a female had posted. She basically said that when a guy takes a girl out that he should not spend no less then $100 and have a full tank of gas in there car cause it's a privilege to take out a girl. Now this had my friend and I on the floor laughing when we first read this. Which then lead to us talking about why some women think this way and are feeling on it. Now we did just go off a little and said a lot of things in a funny but annoyed conversion. I just find it funny that someone would think this way.

NO WHAMMIES, NO WHAMMIES.....STOP!

   Whammy! is a game show that was a updated version of the game show Press Your Luck. It aired from April 15, 2002 to December 5, 2003. While the original series of Press Your Luck ran from 1983-1986. Game-play was basically the same, both using the Whammy to take away winnings of a contestant, there are some differences. Contestants were only allowed to get four Whammies before they were eliminated from the game. Whammy! was hosted by Todd Newton while Gary Kroeger did the announcing.

VALENTINE'S DAY

   Valentine's Day is coming up and I already hear everyone talking about what there going to get or where there going to go for there boyfriend or girlfriend, wife or husband. This always makes me laugh because I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Well I should say my wife and I don't celebrate Valentine's Day.  I never really have, and don't ever really plan on it in the future.Why do I need to take this one day out of the year to say I love you or show that I really care? If you really love someone, you do it year around and don't need to do anything extra to prove that. And if you really love your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, or husband, you don't need to expect anything on that day. Now if you want to go out on that day then, by all means do it.
